Growing Better Together

The programme for companies

Growing Better Together: one programme, four pillars.

It is the name of the Kid Pass programme for companies and carries the colours of the four pillars: For the People, For the Culture, For the Future, For the Planet. Its activities look to three frameworks.

  • ESG criteria and DE&I policies
  • Sustainable Development Goals, 2030 Agenda
  • European Youth Goals

The SDG and Youth Goals logos are used only to indicate the goals: they do not imply endorsement by the United Nations or the European Union.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers for those who manage social-responsibility budgets.

Can’t find your question? Write to us using the form below.

What is Kid Pass and why is it a Benefit Corporation?

Kid Pass is an ecosystem founded in Venice in 2014 that connects families, museums, schools and companies: a portal, a magazine, national museum events, educational projects, e-learning and family tourism. Since 2025 it has been a Società Benefit (Benefit Corporation): common-benefit purposes are written into its articles and it publishes an annual Impact Report referenced to the GRI Standards 2021 and ISO 26000.

How can a company work with Kid Pass?

With a tailor-made programme chosen from the 33 Growing Better Together activities, organised in 4 pillars (For the People, For the Culture, For the Future, For the Planet) and available as Fully Customized, Ready2Go or Co-created; by taking part in national formats such as the Tour Iconico, Kid Pass Days and Avventure tra le Pagine; or through the Corporate Membership.

Can the activities be included in our sustainability statement?

Yes. Every activity is mapped to the 2030 Agenda SDGs, to GRI disclosures (for example 413-1, 404-2, 405-1, 401-2) and to the ESRS (S1, S3, G1, E5, E1). The programme ends with a report with indicators, participants, photographs and testimonials to use in your sustainability statement and communication.

How much does a partnership with Kid Pass cost?

Activities come in three investment tiers: Smart (€), an agile solution that is easy to activate; Select (€€), a curated, structured and customisable experience; Signature (€€€), a distinctive, highly customised project. The quote is built after a first meeting.

What is the Kid Pass Impact Score?

It is the 1-to-5 rating the Kid Pass team gives each catalogue activity on six dimensions: employer branding, engagement, community building, family engagement, ESG impact and communicability. It helps compare activities and build a balanced programme.

Where does Kid Pass operate?

Across Italy. In 2025 Kid Pass Days involved 113 museums and cultural sites in 15 regions, and Avventure tra le Pagine 78 venues. The Tour Iconico 2026 stops in Milan, Venice, Trento, Rome, Naples, Turin and, for the first time abroad, Graz. School projects are activated in the territory chosen by the company: overall, Kid Pass educational projects have involved 450 primary and lower-secondary schools and 24,000 pupils (cumulative figure, source corporate.kidpass.it); in 2025 alone, information kits reached 560 schools (Impact Report 2025).

What did Kid Pass achieve in 2025?

According to the 2025 Impact Report: 670,000 active users on kidpass.it, 22,584 families subscribed to the newsletter, 113 museums in 15 regions in Kid Pass Days, 133 Avventure tra le Pagine events, 43 inclusive events with sign-language interpreters, 560 schools reached with information kits and 96 press mentions.
